Anxiety

Everyone experiences anxiety to different degrees on a daily basis, but when the anxiety begins to overwhelm you and possibly prevent you from accomplishing goals, it is time to seek help.  Some people feel anxiety often without knowing the cause while others can pin point the exact cause.  A lot of times our thoughts about the anxiety increases the anxiety, causing a downward spiral.  Therapy can help you to become aware of anxiety triggers when they take place, and incorporate skills to work through anxiety.  Anxiety does not have to control you.
