Depression is something that each of us experience from life events or sometimes for what can seem like no particular reason.  A lot of the time, changes to routine, diet, and incorporating exercise helps.  Being in the safe, unbiased presence of a psychotherapist can also help as it allows you the space to experience and articulate the pain so that you can begin to feel happiness again.

Olivia D. Hannon Cichon MA, LAC, MAC

Olivia chose her career as a Behavioral Health Provider / Counselor when she was a teenager after witnessing the gap between conventional medicine and mental health while a family member recovered from a traumatic brain injury.  In an effort to connect the two fields, Olivia dedicated her undergraduate and graduate studies to biopsychology at the University of Colorado and Pepperdine University.   

Concurrently, Olivia lived abroad for three years in Spain and Peru, gaining fluency of the Spanish language and served as a Community Health Peace Corps Volunteer.
