Chronic pain can be treated with psychotherapy too! If you experience a lot of stress in your life, it is likely affecting your physical health and if you experience chronic pain, you probably feel more stress. I use mindfulness techniques to connect thoughts and emotions to the body, which allows my clients to seperate pain from suffering in order to gain control over their happiness. Through various tools in mind-body connection such as self awareness and relaxation techniques, you can learn how to prevent and reduce pain. Pain does not have to create suffering.
